§ 6-25. License revocation or suspension.

(a)

The town board may immediately revoke the license of any person if any of the provisions of this article are violated.

(b)

The town chairperson is authorized to suspend the license of any person violating any of the provisions of this article and such suspension of license shall be acted on at the next subsequent town board meeting, following public hearing.
