§ 6-24. Prohibited acts.

No person conducting a race, show or exhibition under this article shall:
(1)

Allow at any such race, show or exhibition the presence of intoxicated persons.

(2)

Allow the consumption of alcohol beverages on the premises or within 1,200 feet of said premises.
